Editing a Member’s Details in DAP

To edit a member’s details in DAP, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Member Management:
    • Go to DAP Admin > Members > Manage.
  2. Search for the Member:
    • Enter the email, first name, last name, or user ID in the search bar.
    • Note: Clicking “Search” without modifying any parameters will display all members in the system.
  3. Access Profile:
    • Click on the User ID or Name link of the desired account. This will open a side popup where you can edit member details.
  4. Edit Information:
    • Modify any details in the profile, including the password.
  5. Save Changes:
    • Ensure you save your changes to update the information successfully.
